Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We cannot offer refunds for damage resulting from:

  • Packages left outside or unattended

  • Choosing standard shipping to warm climates

  • Delivery to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer

Helpful Tips

  • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order—we are not responsible for delays or returned shipments due to customer address errors.

  • Want to surprise someone? Let them know something sweet is coming to avoid missed deliveries. We're happy to include a gift message at no extra charge.

  • Shipping costs apply to pre-discounted totals when using a promo code.
