Who We Are

ChocMo began in 2005 as a family chocolate business and has grown into a chocolate-centric café in the heart of Poulsbo. What started with handcrafted confections is now a place where chocolate, food, and coffee bring people together.

L’Atelier TR is our sister chocolate shop on Bainbridge Island. Together, our brands share a dedication to thoughtful sourcing, deliberate chocolate making, and supporting the communities we serve.

We believe great chocolate is made with intention. From sourcing cacao to crafting each confection, we focus on quality, care, and doing things the right way, not the fastest way.

Our dark chocolate is sourced from the Duarte region of the Dominican Republic through our partner Kahkow. Known for its organic, origin-made chocolate and commitment to sustainability, Kahkow works closely with local farmers to produce cacao that is carefully fermented, responsibly grown, and full of character.

Our confections are crafted on site, and much of what you enjoy is made right here. We focus on small batches, consistency, and craftsmanship in everything we create.
