CHOCMO SHIPPING POLICY
ChocMo takes great care in creating these confections for your enjoyment. We will go to great lengths to ensure that you receive our products in the same condition as you would if you purchased them at our Café in Poulsbo. We ship our 2-Day orders & Ground (available only in Western Washington) Monday – Wednesday & Overnight Orders Monday – Thursday. We will not ship orders over the weekend, including Friday because the chocolate could melt in transit.
We will not ship same day. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you are having your chocolates sent to a warmer climate we highly suggest choosing the Overnight shipping option.

o Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must ship Priority Overnight
Can we Guarantee Delivery Dates & Time?
There are a few reasons why FedEx might experience delivery delays; Storms, hurricanes, wild fires, to name a few. Due to the fact that there are forces of nature out there that we cannot control, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order is out of our hands. We can guarantee that your order will ship out on time from our facility in accordance with our shipping schedule posted here.
Order Tracking
Your will receive an email when your order ships, which will include a tracking number. If you are having trouble with tracking your order, please feel free to give us a call and we will help you contact FedEx.
Ice is Included
Chocolate can be very temperamental, and as we know it doesn't enjoy temperature changes very much, if your order is being shipped to a warmer climate we will include an ice pack at no charge for you. We will also include an ice pack with all shipments during the summer months (May – September)
Signature Services
FedEx has permission to leave packages at the recipient’s address if no one is there to sign for it. Our suggestion is that you have your chocolates shipped to your daytime/business location whenever possible. ChocMo is NOT responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged once they have been delivered to the specified address given by the customer. We offer FedEx’s ‘Signature Required for Delivery’ service. You can add this to your order at checkout by selecting it when choosing your shipping method. With this service added FedEx will not deliver unless someone is there to sign for it. If no one is around to sign, Fedex will make 2 more attempts before they return the package to us. ChocMo will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by FedEx.

We love receiving gifts and surprises as much as anyone, but we suggest that you notify the recipient of the shipment, in order to prevent delays in the product arrival. Let us know if you would like us to include a gift message (at no additional charge) so that the recipient knows where the delicious chocolates came from.
